Cancellation

Information cancellation: sounds bad and is bad. It is sad, if rooms or apartements remain empty, althought others wanted to come. On the other side: sometimes can happen something not forseeable.

Please: inform us in time. We try to be tolerant. In case of short-term cancellation we charge the room/apartement for three days - the same in case of short-term departure.

Cancellation - Covery

No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday! Prepare for any such event by taking out a Hotel-Cancellation-Cover policy now:

Important: the insurance is valid after 11 days from the conclution. There should not be any illness at the moment of the conclution.
